Here at Karin's Guesthouse, we pride ourselves in offering high quality, well-equipped, pet-friendly accommodations, suitable for singles, couples and families PCSing to or from any of the Military installations in the Tri-Broder region or AFnorth School.

 

 

To make the overall transition process go as smoothly as possible, we offer Airport Shuttle Transportation and all our houses and apartments have their own Complimentary 

Car available for our guests to use during their entire stay. No prior reservation, no time restriction and no minimum stay required. 

 

 

We don’t need firm dates to confirm reservations. If you know you are PCSing or are sponsoring a newcomer to the Tri-border region, let us know and we’ll work with you. We have been taking booking requests from next day reservations, to reservations as far as 18 months out.

 

All reservations are non-obligatory and no deposit is required. We know orders and assignments can change at the last minute. We accept Government Travel Cards (GTC) and any international Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Diners Club or  JCB Credit Cards and VAT Forms.
