Pets
Pets are welcome and should you wish to bring any pets, you will find a number of pet amenities in all of our accommodations. From doggy-towels, to litter boxes and poop-a-scooup we've got you covered. We do charge a small pet fee per day. The fee varies depending on the numbers of pets staying with us.
Rates
Prices are within military lodging allowances and start from 145 Euro per night using a VAT form. Each accommodation has one of our complimentary cars included in the daily rate. A small one-time vehicle maintenance charge applies. Prices vary depending on the number of people & pets wishing to stay. In the event that guests wish to have additional guests staying with them, an additional charge per day may be added.
Temporary Bookings & Waiting List
There is a high demand for guests and sponsors to reserve accommodation at our guesthouse and although we have 10 accommodations, we do fill up very quickly. Should we have no availability for your requested dates at the time of your inquiry, we’ll hold your details on our waiting list and inform you immediately should an opening occur.
Minimum Stay & Extensions
We provide complete houses and apartments, fully-furnished and equipped, therefore apply a preferred minimum booking time of 7 days. Please understand that booking requests less than 7 days will be considered, but may not be approved.
Guests requiring extensions beyond their 30/60 day TLA allowance may have the option to extend depending on availablility.
Cancellations
Cancellations are required via email and have to be received no later than one week prior to arrival. The cancellation during this period stays free of charge. Should a cancellation occur within the week prior to arrival or the guest not show on the requested booking date a cancellation fee may be charged. Make yourself at home
Our Guesthouses are exclusively designed to accommodate singles, couples and families on Assignment, TDY or PCSing to or from NATO AWACS E-3A Component Geilenkirchen Germany, JFC Brunssum The Netherlands, AFNORTH International School or other Military / DoD Installations.
All our accommodations are fully equipped and everything is included in the daily rate. All kitchens are without an oven so you should receive your full per diem. You will find parking right in front of the accommodations and pets are always welcome!
